—  SAINT AIRE BEEF BOXES—

We are boutique producers of premium Grass Fed Beef produced from Bazadais/Angus cross cattle and Tajima Wagyu/Angus cross cattle.

We offer contactless beef box sales delivered directly to your door free of charge for postcodes 3238 and the township of 3233 in our registered prime safe mobile cool room. For all other postcodes please get in touch via the email link below regarding pick up points or delivery charges. We offer Geelong and Melbourne deliveries by a third party licensed contractor.

- HOW IT WORKS -

There are a selection of three boxes to choose from ranging from approximately 5 to 12 kilos. Please confirm your selection via email and an invoice will be issued before delivery. We are now taking pre-orders for delivery on the 26th April 2024. If there are individual cuts that you’d like to order then please, get in touch. And don’t forget we also cater for the significant pooch in your life with Beef Liver Treat packs $12.00 and Bags of Doggie Bones $5.00, available for purchase with the box selection.

— The Samuel Box—

A 12 kilo selection of a combination of cuts all individually cryovacced for the ageing process. Beef cuts ranging from ‘the nose to the tail’ through the striploin, ribs, rump, brisket, shin and skirt etc with a roast, perhaps a corned beef,some of our premium mince and Bbq sausages.

Individual preferences can be taken into account. Perfect size for meat lovers and large families. Excellent value for money.

An 8 kilo selection of a combination of cuts all individually cryovacced for the ageing process. Beef cuts ranging from ‘the nose to the tail’ through the striploin, ribs, rump, brisket, shin and skirt etc inclusive of a roast, some of our premium mince and Bbq sausages. Perfect for a family selection.

Individual preferences can be taken into account. Just let us know about your favourites in the email order.

—  The Daily Saint —

A mix of staples for those flying solo or just requiring a small selection of more basic essentials. The box is based on 2 packs of premium mince, sausages, short ribs or/oyster blade, osso bucco and steak from either the rump or/ striploin. Average weight is approximately 5 kilos, some variance on cuts and weights.

—  About our BEEF—

We believe quiet, healthy animals, through all stages of their life span provides for ethical food consumption and reflects in wonderful meat quality. Saint Aire was born out of a desire to offer locally produced quality beef to people who want to know the provenance of their food.

We are zealous on animal husbandry from calving, weaning, handling our bovines in the yards through to the time of harvesting at a local boutique abattoir.  Attention to animal husbandry make farm operations a placid affair, something we are proud of. We grow our animals out to an average age of two years. We believe this is the optimal time to process for flavour and texture.  Combine these qualities with a unique calcium and herb-rich terroir, we would then like to invite you to savour the delicate flavour of ethically produced grass fed beef from our farm.

 
I always find that eye fillet is devoid of flavour unless it’s cooked on the T-Bone, but this piece has beautiful richness, depth of flavour that eye fillet simply doesn’t have....generally.

Hi Ros. Just wanted to drop a line and say thanks for the box-of-beef we recently purchased. The cuts and portion size were excellent. Better, the taste was exceptional, with the premium cuts having the perfect level of marbling. The only complaint we would have is that the box wasn’t large enough. I’ve never seen the kids eat steaks so readily.

Porterhouse steaks were absolutely outstanding - tender and delicious. Webber bbq full heat, lid closed, 4 mins each side and rested for 5 mins. Congrats on a great product.
